claim.me covers the full range of parcel issues: lost parcels, delivery disputes, missing items, damaged goods, cash on delivery and late deliveries. In short: wherever a carrier is liable for a refund, we identify it and claim it back.

You get one single portal to submit all your claims in one standardized process with just a few clicks. Our purpose-built software ensures minimum effort and maximum quality, while our expert team takes care of carrier communication and refund chasing for you.

We work with 100+ parcel carriers across Europe and overseas. Hence, there is a high likelihood that we already cover all of your carriers. If not, no problem. We continuously add new ones based on customer demand as we scale claim.me.

Yes, if you are using our parcel claim agent AiME. AiME can manage the consumer-facing communication automatically as part of the claim process, while keeping you in control of tone, brand and consumer reimbursement decisions. Without AiME, consumer communication stays entirely in your hands; claim.me works behind the scenes between you and your carriers.

Refunds continue to flow to you directly from the carrier into your existing accounts. The commercial relationship with your carriers stays unchanged. claim.me also provides you detailed reports to help you reconcile incoming payments and expected refunds.

We get a final decision from carriers on 70%+ of claims within 2 weeks of submission and on 90%+ within 4 weeks.

A low fixed monthly service fee plus a success fee charged only on claims that are actually reimbursed. We're designed to earn when you do - when the carrier pays out.

We aim for around 2 weeks, though it can take up to 6 depending on your setup and resource availability. We have a full API, but also lighter-weight options with minimal IT involvement.

No. claim.me is built for parcels not shipped with Seven Senders. You can use it regardless of which carrier setup you have. If you do use Seven Senders, integration is even smoother, but it's not a requirement.
